Every AutoNetTV customer, with any product subscription, gets FREE white glove service from our Customer Success team!

Wait—actual human beings interacting with other human beings?! Yes, like you, AutoNetTV has built a business around personally interacting with customers in the ways that best meet their needs and ensure their success with our products. That’s why AutoNetTV has free white-glove customer service for every product, every customer, and every subscription type.

Our team will help you in almost any way that works best for you: phone call, video call, email, online chat, carrier pigeon (feeding and training are on you), and webinar. Individual discussions, group training, and team webinars are all great ways to ensure the right people learn the right information about using our products and services to aid all your vehicle owner discussions.

Here are a few specific examples of ways we can help you and/or your team with our free white-glove service:

Do a phone call while sharing your screen or ours. We’ll walk you through how to navigate our online interface, find the right content you need, and update your program. You can also learn more HERE.

Login with you to your account and give suggestions on creating and improving custom messages and promotions to display on your screen(s) based on your team or business offerings and promotions. These could include your community involvement, training, and certification of team members, holiday-specific specials, and financing options you offer.

Provide technical support with connecting your device. This includes registering your device for the first time or fixing any Internet connection issues you may have. From our experience, most technical problems are basic, like someone changing your Wi-Fi password but forgetting to update that password on your AutoNetTV device. You can learn more about the initial registration and connection process by clicking HERE and read about many Internet connection issues HERE.

Helping you find and upload your content. Most businesses have their logo file saved somewhere, while others need to contact the marketing firm that created the file. Others just search online for their logo and copy it from the Internet.

Demonstrating power-user features to get even more results from your subscription. This can include finding and adding specific service videos based on current promotions you’re running or picking specific services to display during different weather conditions (like triggering wiper blades to display if rain is in the forecast). Learn about Weather and Conditional Content Triggers HERE.

Some customers have accidentally subscribed to the wrong program. For example, they really wanted a program with sound to play entertainment and education videos where customers sit and wait (our Lobby TV program), but they accidentally subscribed to our program that does not have sound by default since it’s designed to display near the service counter and not conflict with your customer conversations (our Digital Menu Board program). If you’ve accidentally gotten the wrong one and need to switch from one to another, our team can help you make the switch quickly and easily. If you have one product already and want to add the other to your business, our team can help with that too.

We hope you’ll also notice that we not only answer calls and emails, but we also periodically reach out to make sure you are happy with your subscription, and to offer our services with any help you might need. We look forward to these interactions with our amazing customers. These calls and emails also give us a chance to hear your suggestions for how we can improve. Many of our best products and features have come directly from customer suggestions. We hope you’ll let us know how we can improve to make your business even more successful.
