Digital Marketing and Graphic Design full-time position

You’ll receive direction and suggestions, some very specific and others wide open, but allowed latitude for actual implementation of your own creative work. You’ll work with several teams to implement innovative solutions. You’ll be encouraged and provided time to improve your skills and learning, building your own professional development. Will generally work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm., or similar schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Author and edit online content consistent with organizational mission and values
  • Plan, research, write, edit, proof read, produce and distribute various publications for both internal and external audiences.
  • Conduct ongoing reviews of websites, social media, and all web presences, identifying areas of improvement relative to traffic conversion
  • Stay current with market trends in design, user experience, and marketing strategies
  • Maintain consistency across brands in accordance with company standards and mission
  • Responsible for conceptualizing, writing and editing print, presentation and online communications
  • Follows writing and graphic design principles to produce materials using a variety of software programs
  • Design and create infographics, social media and blog images, print brochures, email templates, landing pages, and sales specific content
  • Receive and recommend content creation projects; conduct research and gather necessary information to build content for online publication
  • Recommend most effective methods of communication with target audiences
  • Implement integrated digital marketing and advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms
  • Develop and execute SEO initiatives with continuous analysis and reporting across platforms
  • Optimize current copy on company website and blog (page titles, meta descriptions, h1s, alts, anchor text, etc.)
  • Coordinate ad strategies for multiple channels including Google, social, YouTube etc.
  • Suggest and implement digital marketing strategies and tactics to increase performance.
  • Work collaboratively internally to create appealing campaigns, through well-written copy, design and metrics
  • Maintain knowledge of current trends and digital marketing strategies as they evolve and strive to apply best practices
  • A/B test landing pages, creative, messaging and multiple user experiences
  • Handle site audits, keyword research, and management of multi-channel campaigns

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required in either Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design or other related field
  • 4+ years experience with SEO, SEM, and PPC
  • 4+ years experience with industry standard tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, ahrefs SEMrush, screamingfrog, deepcrawl, etc.)
  • 4+ years experience with design-related software (Adobe Creative Cloud)
  • Have a solid understanding of how different marketing channel strategies work together, including paid search, social media, email marketing, etc
  • Experience developing, managing, executing, and measuring SEO campaigns for medium-to-large brands and ecommerce websites
  • Demonstrated experience in web content management platforms (including WordPress), and basic understanding of HTML and other web code
  • Experience with inbound marketing platforms
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to effectively convey what’s most relevant and meaningful for various audiences
  • Exceptional analytics, project management skills, and organizational skills
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating capabilities and talents
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
  • Ability to identify and recommend solutions to technical hurdles including page elements
  • Have a firm understanding of how marketing channel strategies work together, including paid search, social media, and email marketing

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 DOE
