Visually demonstrate maintenance and repair recommendations to your customers

The “Client” agrees to pay the following: $199.95 Up-front one time DND Origination & Shipping fee per installed Digital Menu Board and from the effective date you agree to pay C$74.95 monthly for DMB Pro or C$49.95 for DMB month-to-month which will continue until cancelled.

     In consideration of the payments and promises outlined in this Agreement, the parties agree as follows:

     a. Definitions. “AutoNetTV Programs” means any video, graphic, animation, or other content programming provided by AutoNetTV in any format or through any medium and is intended for use only at the Client Location(s) noted above. If the Client has multiple locations, they shall each be listed in the AutoNetTV Service Client Site Survey form.

     b. License. AutoNetTV grants to Client a nontransferable, nonexclusive limited license only for the above Term (“License”) to play AutoNetTV Digital Menu Board Programs only at the Client Location(s) and only while an active subscription is in place with AutoNetTV. Client agrees not to record, copy, or change any of the AutoNetTV Programs or to show or allow others to show the AutoNetTV Programs at locations other than the Client Location(s) designated herein and in the Service Center Site Surveys form. All programs are intended for use in their delivered state. Using programs outside of their intended use is strictly forbidden. AutoNetTV owns all rights, titles, and interests in the AutoNetTV Programs. Other rights and ownership interests may apply to their respective owners.
     c. Fees. Client shall pay AutoNetTV the above-stated price to receive the AutoNetTV Programs. Cancellation of the contract by Client will result in the following: The equipment provided by AutoNetTV must be returned to AutoNetTV at Client's cost within 30 days of cancellation. If equipment is not returned within 30 days, then a C$199.95 dollar equipment fee will be charged. Cancellation is only complete once this equipment fee is paid or the equipment is returned, whichever occurs first. The client will be responsible for any monthly fees accrued if payment of this fee and/or return of the equipment is delayed.
     d. AutoNetTV Obligations. AutoNetTV shall provide the AutoNetTV Programs to the Client for the Term of Agreement. AutoNetTV Reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time at our sole and absolute discretion. AutoNetTV will suffer no penalties for early cancellation of this agreement.
     e. Client Obligations. Client consents to AutoNetTV providing response information to partners &/or associates, aggregated by market area for statistical reporting; basic contact information may be given to potential customers or other partners, including a listing on the AutoNetTV website for vehicle owners. The client will pay monthly dues timely. If the client fails to pay dues on time, a 25 dollar late fee may be applied for each month past due.
     f. Miscellaneous. This Agreement is limited to the license given here. This Agreement shall be interpreted according to the laws of Utah. Venue shall be proper, and this Agreement shall be enforced only in state and federal courts for Utah County, State of Utah. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior written or oral agreements relating to the subject matter. If action is necessary to enforce the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable costs and attorneys’ fees, whether or not any suit is filed. AutoNetTV reserves all rights for everything AutoNetTV provides to clients.

Requirements for use:
37” or bigger Flat Panel TV (1080p or higher) with HDMI port
1.5mb/s or higher is recommended. DSL, Cable or better are all acceptable. A dial-up modem will not work.
