  • Let's start by editing the website:
    • In the left side menu click "Edit Website"
    • Under supported languages go ahead and check English.
    • Make any other changes you wish then save.
    • Switch back to the tab showing the website and make sure that the changes made are reflected

  • Look at the articles currently on the website.
    • Edit one and save it.
    • Switch to the site tab and navigate to the article that you just edited and confirm the changes have been made.

  • Changing the Site Theme

  • Let's change the colors of your website a bit, go to "Theme":
    • Change the colors as you see fit and save.
    • Switch to the site tab and navigate to the article that you just edited and confirm the changes have been made.

  • Creating a Special Offer

  • Let's create a Special Offer that we will add to our website:
    • Click the special offers section in the left menu
    • Click Create New
    • Select a template to use
    • Fill out the form and select the colors
    • Save the Special Offer
    • Under your website menu section click on "Topics"
    • Pick a topic and select "Special Offers"
    • Add a special offer, use the special offer finder and choose the offer that you just created.
    • Save the topic special offers
    • Switch back to the website tab and navigate to that topic and select the special offers tab on that topic. You should see that the offer you just create now shows up.

  • Creating a Menu Board

  • Let's create a menu board:
    • Under the menu board section in the left hand menu select Menu Sections
    • Create as many sections as you want to list products / services under. IE: Oil Changes, Air Conditioning, etc.
    • Next click the "Menu Items" in the left menu, Create a few menu items and assign them to the sections you just created.
    • Finally click the "Menu Boards" link in the menu, create a new menu board. Give the menu board a name and select the menu items that you want to include in this board.
    • Once saved you will need to activate the menu board. Click Activate.
    • Go to the website tab and reload the website. You should see a menu board option in the left menu on your page

  • Creating QR Codes

  • Lets generate some QR codes that we could print out and give to our customers.
    • In Admin, under the website menu section click on QR Code Generator
    • If your dropdown for Language is empty that means you didn’t update your supported languages under the Edit Website section
    • Select the locale you want and any number of topics then click generate
    • You can then print this page if you would like. The print version should hide all of the other elements on the page except for the QR Codes and site title and logo images
