How long does it take to get my hardware?

Once you’ve placed your order, the hardware (a small digital media player that comes with a power adapter and an HDMI cable to connect to your TV set) will be shipped within 24-48 business hours. We ship UPS, and the package is usually delivered within 7-10 days.

How hard is it to setup the hardware?

Not hard at all! Here are the three easy steps – plug the media player into a power outlet and the HDMI input to your TV, connect the player to your Internet, and finally enter a 6 digit code we’ll email you before you get the player. It usually takes less than 5 minutes.

What type of customer service do you provide for me?

Unlimited! Seriously, you can call, email, chat, write letters, etc., as much as you want. Our entire goal is to help you improve your business success. We’ll walk you through the system, help make updates and changes for you, and basically hand-hold as much as you need to ensure you get the best results possible.

What do I need to have/provide to use the products?

For our products that connect to a TV set, you’ll need to provide: a TV with an HDMI input, and a wired or wireless Internet connection. You’ll also need to know your Internet connection details so the digital media player device we send you can download the right information and content to display on your TV.

For the Car Care Web, you’ll need to know any of your website and/or blog account details to connect the video and article subscription feed with your online account(s).
