Safety Recall for Cadillac CTS and CTS-V

Some 20,000 Cadillac CTS and CTS-V all-wheel drive models are being recalled because of a defective knee bolster on the passenger side.  In certain circumstances, the bolster will allow more pressure during an accident than the Federal limit.
