Customer Success Specialist- Part-Time

About the Role:

Our Account Specialists are the backbone of our company! You will build relationships of trust with the customers you work with daily by providing White Glove Account Management Support. You will help new and existing customers utilize our tools and services in their business allowing them to build trust with their customers and increase customer loyalty.

 Account Specialists answer questions and train our customers on how to use our products/services. You will also assist them with adapting our services and tools to fit their specific needs. You will also follow up on past conversations, gauge customer satisfaction, system utilization, and gather feedback for increased performance.

Full and Part-Time positions available!

Monday-Friday 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, no weekends or holidays!

Customer Success Specialist Qualifications:

  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
  • Comfortable building relationships with customers and presenting services over the phone
  • Ability to communicate ideas and concepts well
  • Willingness to learn and be part of a great team
  • Amazing phone presence (people can literally hear you smiling)
  • Accountable to show up to work on time and work your scheduled shift
  • High school or equivalent – Additional education or knowledge in the automotive industry is a plus
