Automotive companies turn to AutoNetTV Media to better educate their customers on the value of service and repair. We produce digital content and technology to educate and entertain their customers. AutoNetTV is well known and respected in the automotive industry. We are currently in our 17th year of business and growing substantially. We are a profitable, privately held company with less than 50 employees and work with some of the most well-respected automotive companies in the world.


About the Role:

Our Account Specialists provide general customer service to our new and existing customer accounts. These consultants guide our customers along a path to success in utilizing our tools in their business. They develop relationships of trust with our customers and are the backbone of our company operations. 

Customer success specialists take inbound calls to answer questions and train our customers on how to use our products/services.  They follow-up on past conversations, and make outbound calls to gauge customer satisfaction, system utilization, and feedback for increased performance.

Each full-time customer success specialists Specialist has their own dedicated workspace. We are not a massive call center. This team has less than a dozen people, get along well (no bad personalities), takes pride in their work, is encouraged to think for themselves, and has immediate and regular access to company owners.


Customer Success Specialist Qualifications:

  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
  • Comfortable building relationships with customers and presenting services over the phone
  • Ability to communicate ideas and concepts well
  • Willingness to learn and be part of a great team
  • Amazing phone presence (people can literally hear you smiling)
  • Accountable to show up to work on time and work your scheduled shift
  • High school or equivalent – Additional education or knowledge in the automotive industry is a plus
