AutoNetTV is well known and respected in the automotive industry. We are currently in our 17th year of business and growing substantially. We are a profitable, privately held company with less than 50 employees and work with some of the most well-respected automotive companies in the world.
About the Role:
Our Account Specialists are the
backbone of our company! You will build relationships of trust with the
customers you work with daily by providing White Glove Account Management
Support. You will help new and existing customers utilize our tools and
services in their business allowing them to build trust with their customers
and increase customer loyalty.
Account Specialists answer questions and train our customers on how to use our products/services. You will also assist them with adapting our services and tools to fit their specific needs. You will also follow up on past conversations, gauge customer satisfaction, system utilization, and gather feedback for increased performance.

Customer Success Specialist WFH Qualifications:
- You must live within the state of Utah and are available for in-office training
- A dedicated quiet workspace and high-speed, reliable internet
- The ability to effectively communicate through both written and verbal skills
- Comfortable building relationships with customers and explaining services over the phone
- Ability to communicate ideas and concepts well
- Willingness to learn and be part of a great team
- Amazing phone presence (people can literally hear you smiling)
- Accountable to show up to work on time and working your scheduled shift
